I,ANTON BEVEC,of/Strabane Township,vashington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and understanding,do
make and publish this my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
1.I direct that all of my just debts,including
my funeral expenses,be paid as soon after my death as possible.
2.To my son,Frank Bevec,I devise Lot No.130
North
in the Alexander Land Company Plan in/Strabane Township.
3.To my son,Anthony F.Bevec,Jr.,I devise
Lots Nos.135,136 and 137 in the same Alexander Land Company
Plan,subject,however,to the payment of $1,000.00 to my son,
John Bevec,and $800.00 to my son,Frank Bevec,both bequests to
bear interest from the date of my death.These two bequests are
to remain a charge and a lien against said Lots Nos.135,136 and
137 until they have been paid in full.However,in no event are
these bequests to be a charge against Lot No.130 heretofore de-
vised to Frank Bevec.
4.To my son,Anthony F.Bevec,Jr.,I bequeath
my five shares of stock in the Alexander Cooperative Store.
5.To my son,John Bevec,I bequeath any and all
interest that I may have in the bank account which he and I have
together.
6.All the rest,residue and remainder of my
property,real,personal or mixed,I devise and bequeath to my
son,Anthony F.Bevec,Jr.
I hereby nominate and appoint my son,Anthony F.
Bevec,Jr.,to be Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
