LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
BARNEY HURTON
I,Barney Hurton,of California Borough,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,unmarried,being of sound mind,do hereby
make this as and for my last will and testament,hereby revoking
all other wills made by me at any time heretofore.
FIRST:I direct my executrix,as soon as possible
after my death,to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath the entire remain-
der of my worldly goods and estate,both real and personal,of
any nature whatsoever,unto my beloved neice,Katherin C.Lutes,
:who has cared and worked for me these many years,said devise
,and bequest to be absolutely and in fee simple.
THIRD:I hereby a~point my aforesaid neice,Katherine
;c.Lutes,to be and serve as executrix of this my last will and
testament.
No bond is required to be given by the executrix in
the administration of my estate,and that if notwithstanding
this request any bond is required by any law,statute or rule
of Court,no sureties be required thereof.
