I,Emelio Barni also known as Amelio Barney of No.~l
Decker street,Monongahela City,Pennsylvania,being of sound
and 'disposing mind and memory,do make,publish,and declare this
my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any
will by me at any time heretofore made,in manner and form following:
I order and direct that all my just debts and
funeral expenses be paid as soon as conveniently may be done after
my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue,and remainder of my es-
tate and property,real,personal,and mixed,of whatsoever nature
and kind and wheresoever situate,especially my ~ome property.at No.
~l Decker street,Second vVard,Monongahela City,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,I give,devise,and bequeath unto my son Angelo Barni
also known as Angelo Barney,who is to be my residuary,legatee,and
devisee.
LASTLY:I hereby constitute,nominate,and appoint my
son,Angelo Barni also known as Angelo Barney to be executor of this
my Last Will and Testament
