mind and memory,do hereby make,pUblish and declare this'my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all
Wills or other testamentary disposition made by me heretofore:
First:I airect that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as conveniently may be done after my
decease.
Second:All the rest,residue and remainder of my es-
tate,of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate,whether real,
personal or mixed,I give,devise and bequeath to WALTER S.WAT-
SON,his heirs and ass1gns.
Third:I hereby nominate,constitute and app01nt the
said WAIll'ER S.WATSON,Executor of this my Last Will and Testa-
