LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,DAISY E.BOYD,a resident ot the City ot Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being ot sound mind and memory
do make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,here-
by revoking any and all wills by me heretotore made.
I.I direct that all my Just debts and tuneral ex-
penses be paid as soon atter my decease as may be tound conven -
ient.
II.I give,devise and bequeath allot my property,
real,personal or mixed of whatever nature and wheresoev r situate
which I may own or have the right to dispose ot at the time ot my
death,to my daughter,ELIZABETH BOYD McKINNEY,to have and to
hold the same to her own use absolutely and torever.
III.I hereby nominate and appoint 'the said Elizabeth
Boyd McKinney as Executrix ot this my Last Will and Testament and
I do direct that no bond shall be required ot such Executrix.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 3rd day ot July,1946.
