I,Mary Hicks,domiciled at Mt.Pleasant Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,
memory and understanding,do hereby revoke any will or wills by me
at any time heretofore made,and do hereby make,publish,and declar
this my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,to wi
FIRST
I give,devise and bequeath unto my children,Vera
May Hicks,Alfred Hicks,Jr.,Harry Hicks,and Glenn Hicks,my farm
situate in Mt.Pleasant Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
containing 131.88 acres,as conveyed to my husband (now deceased)
and myself by deed of Carnegie Coal Corp~tion.If any of my chil-
dren named in this paragraph dies in my lifetime,whether with or
without issue living at my death,then the share or shares of the
one or ones so dying shall go to the surviving children named in this
paragraph.
SECOND
All my household goods and furniture I give and
bequeath unto my children,Vera May Hicks,Alfred Hicks,Jr.,and
Glenn Hicks.
THIRD
I give to my children,Charles Hicks and Eva Hicks
Urbanic,the sum of Two Thousand ($2,000.00)Dollars each.
FOURTH
All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real
and personal,I give,devise,and bequeath in equal shares to my
children,Eva Hicks Urbanic,Vera May Hicks,Alfred Hicks,Jr.,
Glenn Hicks,Charles Hicks,and Harry Hicks.
