LAST WILL AND TE STAMENT •
I,James J'<1.Chadwick,now residing at 1095 Addison Street,
Washington,Fa.,being of sound mind and disposing memory,do hereby
make and publish this my last Will and Te stament,he""'eby revoking any
Wills by me heretofore made.
1.I hereby authorize and direct my Executor,he~einafter named,
to pay al~my just debts and funeral e~penses from my estate.
2.I give,devise and bequeath to my step-daughter Sarah Jane
Perts the house and lot Where I now reside at No.1095 Addison Street,
Washington,Fa.and all my household goods contained ther~in,to be
hers absolutely,and Without any lien,encU3brance or any effect upon
the free alienation of said property,by reaeon of the trust herein
created.I direct the said Sarah Jane Perts to pay to my son,James
I.Chadwick,the sum of $2,500.00,she to hold the same as Trustee,
from the value of the above mentioned property,and to pay said sum
to the said James I.Chadwick in monthly or other installments,as
she shall determine within her sole discretion as to amounts and times,
but I recor~nd the payments as $25.00 per month.Said payment s

shall only be made to.the said James I Chadwick and no assigment,

qy way of anticipation,shall be of any validity or legal effect,and

other Voluntary or inVoluntary alienation or disposition whatsoever.
Should the said James I Chadwick attempt in any manner to anticipate,

in event of bankruptcy or rendition of any jud~ent 'or decree.in any

cause of action a~inst the interest of the satid James I.Chadwick,
or levy of any e~ecution,or writ of attachment or garnishment thereon,
or in event this trust shall be que st10ned or be de crp.ed to be a
passive or executed trust,then the said Trustee shall declare this
trust terminated and null and void,and the principal or any remaining
part thereof shall be and become the sale property of the said Sarah
Jane Perts,the same as if no trust had been created,and the said
Trustee shall not be required to file any bond for faithful perform-
anpe of said trust,or to give any accounting to any one.
3.I give and devise to by step-son,Kenneth J.Hull and Anna H.
HUll,his wife lots Nos.56,57 and 58 in the For6Sie Plan of lots,on
Addison Street in Cantom Township,Washington County,Pa.,and all my
right,title and interest (beines the undivided one-fifth)in the real
estate left to me by the Will of my father W. W.Chadwick.
4.All the rest,remainder and residue of my estate I ~ive,devise
and bequeath to the above named James I.ChadWick,Sarah Jane Perts and
Kenne th J.Hull,in e qual share s •
5'.I rereby nomin·ate and appoint Kenneth J.Hull to be the Execu-
tor of this my las15 Will and Testament,Without being required to give
any bond for personal or real estate.
