I,LUDVIKA BYSHIEK,a/k as LOUISE BYSICK
of Canonsburg ,Oounty of Washjngton
and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.1 direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as 800n
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
SECOND.I give,bequeath a nd devise all 0 r my property,real,per-
sonal and mixed wherever situated,particularly my real estate known
and designated as 2~5 East Pitt Street,Canonsburg,Pa.,to my 3
children:Mary Wos,Nski,Walter Bysick and Bernice Sollon,subject to
the legacy and other provisions hereinafter set forth.
THIRD.I give and bequeath the sum of $300.00 to my grand child,
Bernice Bysick,and the sum of $300.00 to my grandson,Fr~Bysick,J •
I hereby appoint my children,Bernice Sollon and Mary Wos ski as
Testamentary Guardians of Bernice Bysick and Frank Bysick,Jr.to hold
the aggregate amount of $600.00 and spend it for the up~eep and educa-
tion of said children.Said Testamentary Guardians are to serve with-
out the necessity of an Orphans'Court Bond and without the necessity
of filing an Account.The said $600.00 shall he a charge and liBn

against any and all property herein devised until paid to the Testa-
mentary Guardians and'shall bear interest at 6%if not paid within one
year after my deoease.Said interest not to accrue however until one
,year after the date of my death.In the event of the death of one of
the said Testamentary Guardians,the survifing Testamentary Guardian
shall have the right to collect and spend said legacy upon the said I
children and shall have the right o~releasing the'Estate and particula~
ly the real estate devised of and from said legacy.
FOURTH.I hereby direct that the share of Bernice Sollon shall be
subject to the payment by her of the $1,000.00 debt or the unpaid
balance thereof now eXisting at the Citizens Trust Company of Canonsbur~,
Pa.and which said debt of Bernice Sollon and her husband is guaranteed,
by me.In the event that my Estate is liable for any unpaid balance
I on said debt to the Citizens Trust Company of Canonsburg,Pa.,then in
such event the share of Bernice Sollon shall be charged with the pay-
ment thereof.Provided,however,that in the payment of said debt,
due credit shall be given to Bernice Sollon as an heir and devisee o£
1/3 of my Estate subject to the above legacy and other provisions set
forth herein.I
