I,SALVATORE COSTANZO,
of Canonsburg,,Oounty of Washington
and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
roooktng any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just deots and funeral ewpenses be fully paid and satisfied,as SOOft
as convenientZy may be,after my decease.
Seoond:I give,devise and bequeath to my dear son,Fedele Costanzo,also known
as Fred Costanzo,residing in Oanonsburg,Pennsylvania,the use and income ot my
house and lot and extra lot at No.424 Euclid Avenue,Oanonsburg,Washington County
Pennsylvania,and aleo my house and lot located at No.221 'East Oollege Street,
Oanonsburg,Washington Oounty,Pennsylvania,to have and to hold the said house.
and lots tor and during the term of his natural lUe;and.at his death,I devise
the said houses and lots to my grandchildren,Sam Costanzo,Fred Costanzo,1r.,and
Joseph Oostanzo,sons ot my dear son Fedele Costanzo,also known as Fred Costanzo,
their heirs and assips.in equal shares,all residing in Canonsburg,Washington
County,Pennsylvania.
THIRD:I give.devise and bequeath to my dear son.:redele Costanzo,also knom
as Fred Costanzo.all money in banks,stocks.bonds.and turniture owned by me tor
his ovm use as he may see fit.
FOURTH;1 turther direct 'tfl1 dear son Fedele Costanzo,also known as Fred Oos-
tanzo.to pay from what cash he will receive to my granddaughters.Pauline Oostana.
Karia Oostanzo and hances Ronta,the sum of Five Hundred and .110/100 ($500.00)
Dollars eaoh.This Iloney is to be paid unto them Within six months atter ay death,
not later than one year.,
