LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I"PAULINE HILAIRE,of the Borough of Donora"Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament
and revoke all Wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:In my lifetime,I have designated my daughter,Jeanne
Weber as beneficiary of my Metropolitan Life Insurance Policy so that
she would use the proceeds thereof to pay for my funeral expenses.I
hereby direct said daughter to use said proceeds for such pupose.
SECOND:I give and bequeath all of my household furniture
and linens to my daughter Jeanne Weber.
THIRD:I devise and bequeath my cemetery lots in the Monon-
gahela Cemetery to my daughter Jeanne Weber.
FOURTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter Jeanne
Weber and my granddaughter,Loretta Snyder,their heirs and assigns,
share and share alike.If my daughter Jeanne Weber should not survive
me,then her share in my estate is devised and bequeathed to her son,
Robert L.Weber and her daughter,Audrey 1.Myers,their heirs and
assigns,share and share alike.
FIFTH:I constitute and appoint my daughter Jeanne Weber as
Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.If she is not living at the
time of my death,then I constitute and appoint my grandson,Robert L.
Weber as Executor of my estate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF"I"PAULINE HILAIRE,the Testatrix
above named,have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this
30th day of April,A.D.,1960.

Pauline Hilaire,as and for her Last Will and Testament,in the presence
