I,JACOB C.HAUGHT,of Mt.Pleasant To~~srdp,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,do make cilld publish this my last Will and Testament hereby
revoking and annulling an;y-and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct my Executor,hereinaftE:r named,to pay all my just debts
and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as convenient.
2.I ti.ereby direct that my Executor shall s ell and convey any and
all real e state which I may own at t he time of my decease at either public
or private sale,as to him shall seem best for my estate and I hereby authorize
him to execute and deliver a.deed or deeds for the same with the same force
and effect as though I had signed the same in my life time.
5.All the rest,'residue and remainder of my estate,real,Fersonal
and mixed,I give,devise and bequeath to my five children,Martha Lenora
Amon,Melvin M.Haught,Alice Malone,W.Howard Haught and Wilbert Haught,in
equal shares.
I 'hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my son,Melvin M.Haught,
Executor of this my last Will and Testarnen~
