FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my decease and that my funeral be conducted in a manner corresponding with my estate and station in life. SECOND:I give and bequeath all of my furniture and household effects i.n and about my house to my "Tife. THIRD:I devise my real estate,situate at e17 Main Street in the Borough of Burgettstown,being a two story frame dwelling,together with all the improvements thereon for and during the natural life of my wife,Dora H.Daniels,on condition that she maintains the property with reasonable repairs and that all taxes and municipal liens be currently paid as due;and, upon her death the said property shall vest in fee simple absolute to my four children,namely,Raymond J.Daniels,Homer Daniels,Catherine Donaldson and Evelyn Nokovitch,share and share alike,their heirs and assigns forever. FOURTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,personal or mixed of whatsoever nature and whereso- ever situate , I give,devise and bequeath to my four children as above named to share and share alike,their heirs and assigns forever. .. FIFTH:1 nominate,constitute and appoint my son, Raymond J.Daniels,Executor of my Last Will and Testament.
