I,EVA BLANCHE BRADEN,of the City of WaBhin~ton,Washin~ton County,
Pennsylvania,bei~of sound disposin~mind,memory and understandin~,and
considerin~the uncertainties of life,do hereby make,publish and declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revokin~all other Wills by me
at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct all of my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid
and satisfied as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:It is my desire that my Executors,hereinafter named,cause
to be erected a suitable monument at the ~rave of my deceased husband,Harry
R.Braden,in the Washi~ton Cemetery,if the same has not been done prior to
my decease.
THIRD:I do hereby ~ive and bequeath unto DONALD ROSS BRADEN II the
sum of One Hundred ($100.00)Dollars.
FOURTH:I do hereby give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,real,
personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind the same may be and wheresoever the
same may be aituated,unto EUGENE BRADEN,my son,WILLIAM EMERSON BRADEN,my
son,and DONALD ROSS BRADEN,my ~randson,their heirs and assigns,share and
