OF
KATHERINE R.HILL
I,Katherine R.Hill,of the City of Cincinnati,County
of Hamilton,and State of Ohio,being of full age and of sound
mind and memory,do make,publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking all Wills by me heretofore
made.
\\~\ITEM I.I direct ~all
expenses be paid out of my estate
the time of my decease.
ITEM II.All the property,both real and personal,of
every kind and description and wheresoever situated,which I
may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my de-
cease,I give,bequeath and devise to my daughter,Dorothy K.
Hill,absolutely and in fee simple.
ITEM III.If my said daughter should predecease me or if
we should both die as the result of a common accident or disaster,
then and in that event I give,bequeath and devise my estate to
my sons,Paul G.Hill and Herbert R.Hill,per stirpes,ab-
solutely and in fee simple.
ITEM IV.I make,nominate and appoint my daughter,
Dorothy K.Hill,to be the executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament and I request that no bond be required of her as such.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand at Cin-
cinnati,Ohio,this 4th day of March 1958.

KNOW YE,THEREFORE,that the said PROBATE COURT,upon an application filed
as provided by law,has committed the administration of said estate unto _
Dorothy K.Hill
in said WilJ named,hereby granting to said
Execut rix all and singular,the power necessary and by law required,to enable __h_e_r _
to fully administer said estate.The said Execut rixshall:
1.Make and return to the Court,on oath,as provided by and within the time required by
law a true inventory of the real and personal property of the deceased;
2.Administer and distribute according to law and the Will of said decedent all the personal
property of said decedent including the proceeds of all real estate sold and the proceeds
received from any claim for wrongful death;
3.Render upon oath a just and true account of the administration of said estate at the time
or times required by the Court or the law;AND in all matters,faithfully and honestly
discharge the duties of said office.
