I I,ROBERT A.DUlvIMER,of the Township of Peters,County ofI
II Washington and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,hereby declare the following
Ii to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all wills heretofore made
by me.
ARTICLE I:I direct all expenses of my last illness and funeral be
paid from my estate as soon as practicable after my death.
ARTICLE II:I bequeath to my wife,GERTRUDE W.DUMMER,if she
survives me by a period of thirty (30)days,all my automobiles,jewelry,
clothing,household goods,furniture,personal effects and all other similar
items of personal property together with any policies of insurance thereon.
If my said wife does not so survive me,I bequeath such property to such of
my children as shall survive me,to be divided between them as they shall
agree.Should there be no agreement,such property shall be divided between

them by my executor in as nearly equal portions as it,in its sole discretion,
deems practical,having due regard for the personal preferences of :ny
children.Any property not so distributed shall be sold and the proceeds
added to my residuary estate.
ARTICLE III:All the residue of my estate,real and personal,I
devise and bequeath to THE UNION NATIONAL BANK OF PITSBURGH,
in trust,to be added to and form a part of the trust or trusts created by me
under that certain trust agreement dated '97t<-z,...e/Y'~--e"<../3;/9C::7 ,as
amended from time to time,whether prior to or subsequent to the date of
the execution of this will,or in the event that such trust should not be in
existence at the time of my death,to be held by the said trustee under and
subject to the terms and conditions of a trust,which terms and conditions
shall be exactly the same as those specified in my aforesaid trust agreement
as it existed at the time of the execution of this my will,or of the last
codicil hereto,with like effect as if the said terms and conditions were set
forth and incorporated herein verbatim.
ARTICLE IV:I appoint THE UNION NATIONAL BANK OF PITTSBURG
executor under L1is will.No executor acting hereunder shall be required to
give bond or other security for the faithful performance of its duties.I
authorize my executor,and its successor or successors,in its sole discretio •
to exercise the following powers in addition to those given by law:
A.To accept,retain and invest in any real or personal
property,including stock of The Union National Bank of Pittsburgh,without
restriction to legal inves-:ments.
B.To sell,exchange,partition or lease for any period
of time any real or personal property and to give options therefor for cash or
credit,with or without security.
C.To borrow money from any person including any
fiduciary acting hereunder,and to mortgage or pledge any real or personal
property.
D.To compromise,arbitrate or abandon claims.
E.To make distribution in cash or in kind or partly in each
F.To make such elections,decisions,concessions and
settlements in connection with all income,estate,inheritance,gift or other
tax returns and the payment of such taxes,without obligation to adjust the
distributive share of income or principal of any person thereby affected.
G.To transfer or record stock certificates or other
securities into the name or names of the fiduciary,fiduciaries or nominee.
ARTICLE V:All estate taxes,inheritance taxes,transfer taxes and
other taxes of a similar nature payable by reason of my death to ar..-y govern-
ment or subdiv:'sion the::'eof upon or with respect to any property subject to

any such tax shall be paid by my executor out of the principal of that portion
,of my estate disposed of by Article III and all interest with respect to any
such taxes shall be paid by my executor out of the income or principal or

partly out of the income and partly out of the principal of such porticn of my

estate,in the absolute discretion of my executor,without reimbursement
from or apportionment among the beneficiaries,recipients or owners of
such property for any such taxes or interest.
ARTICLE VI:If any minor shall be entitled to receive any property by
reason of my death,whether under this will or by the terms of any insurance
contract or otherwise,I appoint THE UNION NATIONAL BANK OF
PITTSBURGH Guardian of the Estate of said minor as to such property,giving
and granting to such Guardian,in addition to and not in limitation of all
powers conferred by law,the following specific powers,to be exercised in
its sole discretion and without order of court;to retain in kind any such
property,real or personal,received by it from any source;to sell any such
property upon such terms and conditions as it shall believe advisable,giving
good title to any real estate thus sold;to invest and reinvest in such stocks,
bonds and other investments as it shall deem advisable,without being
limited to those investments in which guardians are by law required to invest
a minorIs funds;and to disburse to or for the benefit of such minor so much
of the income from and the principal of the minorIs said property as it deems
advisable for the minor's health,maintenance,support and complete
education,including preparatory,college and postgraduate or professional
training.Distribution of each such minorIs share shall be made upon his
or her attaining the age of twenty-one (21)years.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,ROBERT A.DUMMER,have hereunto set my
