KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,That I,the undersigned i
ROSS L.WATSON,named executor in the Will of Ella Hufford,
hereby renounce my right to act as executor of said Will in favor
of Russell B.Hufford who is appointed executor of said Will in
the event I am unable or unwilling to serve.

I,ELLA HUFFORD,of the City of Washington,Pennsyl-
vania,do hereby make this my Last Will,hereby revoking all
wills heretofore made.
1.All of my funeral expenses shall be
paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
2.All the rest and residue of my estate
I devise and bequeath to my four sons,George L.Hufford,Russell
,B.Hufford,Irwin Milton Hufford and Frank Edwards Hufford,in
equal shares.
3.I appoint Ross L.Watson executor of
this Will,and if he is unable or unWilling to serve I appoint
my son Russell B.Hufford executor.
In Witness Whereof,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this I ()day of July,Nineteen Hundred and fifty-six
(1956).
We,the undersigned witnesses,subscribe that while we
were in the presence of ELLA HUFFORD we did witness her sign the
above Instrument and declare it to be her Last Will and Testament.
