County of WASHINGTON and State of PENNSYLVANIA
being of so und mind,memory and understanding,do mCf.,ke and publish this my
la/st vV'ill and Testament,hereby revoking'cind rnaking void all former W'ills by
me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all of my property,be it real,personal
or mixed,of which I shall die seized or possBssed,or to which I
shall be entitled to at the time of my decease,(of every kind and
description or wherever situate),be converted into cash;and all
of the cost of administering my estate together with my funeral
expenses and all debts in connection with my last illness and death
be paid in full as soon as may conveniently be done.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath to my son,John W.Hill,
the sum of Fifteen Thousand ($15,000.00)dollars,in cash,to be his
to use as he may see fit.Should he die within my lifetime I direct
that his share of my estate in the amount named be divided into
four equal @,mDl.1nts of Tlire'e Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty ($3750.00)
dollars,with one such amount to be added to each of the last four
provisions in this my Last Will snd Testament.
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath to my two sisters,Mrs.
Minnie E.Lick of Shaker Heights,Cleveland,Ohio and Mrs.Helen M.
Davidson,of Pontiac,Michigan,and to my neice,Mrs.Irma Pinney,
of Shaker Heights,Cleveland,OhiO,(she being the daughter of my
sister,Mrs.Minnie E.Lick),the sum of Six Thousand ($6,000.00)
in cash,each the equal part thereof,share and share alike.
Should anyone of the three die within my lifetime I direct that
her share be divided equally among the two survID~ors.Should two
of the three pass away within my lifetime their shares are to go to
the last survivor.ShOUld all three pass away during my lifetime
then I direct ~hat ~he full amount of Six Thousand '($6,000~00)be
added to the amount allotted to my son,John W.Hill.
FOUBTH:I give,devise and bequeath to my sister-in-law,Mrs.
Celia Stephens,of Charleroi,Pa.,the sum of Two Thousand ($2,000.0 )
in cash.Should she die within my lifetime her share shall be
divided among her six children,each the equal part thereof,share
and share alike,and to'their heirs and assigns forever.The names
of her children being as follows:-

Dwight Stephens,of Indianapolis,Indiana

FIFTH:I give,devise and bequeath to my sister-in-law,Mrs.
Elizabeth Stephens,the sum of Two Thousand ($2,000.00)in cash.
Should she die within my lifetime her share to go to her husband,
Mr.I.H.Stephens,and to his heirs and assigns forever.
SIXTH:I direct the the cash balance or residue of my estate
