FIRST.I direct that my just debts be paid as soon as possible after my decease. SECOND.I give,devise and bequeath to my two sons-in-law T.A.Tenor and Joseph Harris the sum of $1 each. THIRD.I devise all my interest in the real estate owned by the heirs of my late wife,Anna,beinG lot 1 in Sauters Plan of Lots,located 317 E lincoln Ave,McDonald,Pennsylvania,unto my executrix(or her successors in office)in trust,to sell and convey the same for such a price as to her or to them may seem bes , without liability on part of the purchaser to see to the applicati(n of the purchase money.I direct my said executrix and trustee to complete the sale conversion of the real estate within a period of twenty one years following my death.The net proceeds of such sale shall be held by the said executrix in trust for the professional education and the establishment in professional life of my son, Barry Browarsky.Until the time of such sale,tLe executrix is empowered in conjunction with the other ovmers of the realty,to lease the same,to collect the rents,and apply the rents such as shall be due my estate,to the purposes above stated,and to becom< part of the fund above stated for the trust above set out,until such time as my interest in the realty is sold.And should my son Barry choose to forego education,then his share shall become a part of the residuary estate.
