Upon the Petition of Paul Monolakis,the Court does appoint Paul
Monolakis as Administrator of the Estate of Marko Dotlik,deceased,who,
at the time of his death on April 21,1972,was a legal resident of the town
of Tr:adelphia,Ohio County,West Virginia.Thereupon came the said Paul
Monolakis,together with Virginia Monolakis,as his surety,who qualified
as to her sufficiency and entered into and acknowledged bond in the penalty
of $15,000.00,conditioned according to law,and the said Paul Monolakis
took the oath prescribed by law as Administrator aforesaid.
Upon motion of said Administrator,the Court doth appoint William R.
Dean,Ir.,Margaret Voellinger,and Olga Oszustowicz as Appraisers of
the decedent's Estate.
