LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,GEORGE CLARENCE HUFFMAN,of
the Borough of Waynesburg,
Greene County,Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind and mem-
ory,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my last Will
and Testament in the manner and form following,hereby revoking
any Will or Wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:- I direct my Executors hereinafter named
to pay all just debts,funeral expenses and lawful claims against
my estate,as well as State or Federal Transfer or Inheritance
Taxes,as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.

SECOND:- I give and bequeath all my jewelry,
automobiles,furniture,clothing and other purely.personal effects
to my wife,Belle M.HUffman,if she survives me.
THIRD:-In the event my said wife,Belle M.
Huffman,is living at my death,I give and bequeath to her so much
of my estate as will afford my estate the maximum allowable marital
deduction under Federal and State Tax laws,this share of my estate
being considered as part of my gross estate for Federal Estate Tax
purposes,and in the marital deduction allowed my estate,and
direct that this portion of my estate,when ascertained,shall be
set apart to her by my Executors out of the living trust fund which
I have with the First National Bank and Trust Company of Waynesburg;
Pennsylvania,after taking into account the appraised value of our
residence property on West Street,in the Borough of Waynesburg,
Greene County,Pennsylvania,title to which is held by entireties,
and personal property devised to my said wife in the preceding
paragraph,as well as our joint bank account.
FOURTH:-In the event my said wife and
I should meet death in an accident,or from injuries growing out
of such accident,or she should die of natural cause within a
period of six months after my death,it is my will,and I hereby
direct that the portion of my estate set apart'to her as mantal
deduction,shall then be treated as a part of my residaary estate,
to be distributed in the manner hereinafter set forth~
FIFrH:-All the rest,residue and re-
mainder of my estate,of whatsoever nature and kind,and Whereso-
ever Situate,tangible or intangible,of which I shall die seized
and possessed,or to which I am entitled by way of're~rsion or
remainder under the Will of my father,John J.HUffman,deceased,
or to which I may be entitled at the time 0f my death,remaining
after payment of taxes,expenses of administration,etc.,I give,
devise and bequeath to the First National Bank and Trust Comp.any
of Waynesburg,Pennsylvania,as Trustee,to be invested in lawful
investments and held by it,the net income therefrom to be used
and disbursed for the following purposes:-
(a)To my wife,Belle M.HUffman,dur-
ing the term of her natural life,the entire net income,payable
quarterly,or as and when aVailable,with the proviso that should
it be necessary the said Trustee shall have the power and author-
i ty,and is hereby directed to advance such amount,or amounts,_.
from the principal sum thereof as shall or may be necessary or
proper,in addition to the income,for her comfortable support an
maintenance,and at the death of my said wife the whole of said
Trust F'und then remaining,together with any accumulation of in-
come,shal.L be held by my said Trustee for the following uses and
purposes in order of preference as hereinafter1 set ·,forth as avail
able:-
(1.)The sum of Five ~ousand
$%5000.00)Dollars to be S0 invested,and the,net income there-
from used for the uPJreep and maintenance of the John J.Huffman
Mausoleum,located in Oakmont Cemetery,in Franklin Township,-..
Greene County,Pennsylvania,same to be kept clean and in good
state of repair at all times,and suitable floral decoration to
be placed thereon on the thirtieth day of May of each year.Any
excess income to be kept and added to said Fund,to proVide fQr
major repairs,and should at any time such repairs require more
than is provided by the income from said Fund,the Trustee shall
have the right to use so much o.f said principal sum as may be rea-
sonably necessary for that purpose.
(2)The sum of Ten Thousand ($10,000.
Dollars to be so invested,and the net income therefrom to be pai
annUally to the Bethlehem.Cemetery Company,on Ruffs Creek,in
Washington Township,adjacent to the Bethlehem Baptist Church,
said income to be used,first,for the upkeep and maintenance of
the burial lot of my grandfather and grandmother,Georg.e Huffman
and Susan HUffman,in the older part of said Cemetery,keeping th
same and the monuments thereon in good state of repair,with the
right,should it become necessary to repair or replace said monu-
ments,to invest a portion of said fund in the replacement thereof

annually to the Trustees of the Bethlehem Baptist Church,on Ruff I
Creek,in Washington Township,Greene COl:Ulty,Pennsylvania,to be
used 'by them for the repair,maintenance and up keep of said
Church.
(4)The suni of Five Thousand ($5000.00)

Dollars to be so invested,and the net income therefrom-to be pai
annually to the Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church,located at Ten
Mile Village,in Washington County,Pennsylvania,to be,used by
them ,for the maintenance,upkeep and repair of said Church.,,
(5)The remai:nder of said ~ust Fund to
be divided into three equal shares to be held,invested as above
directed and the net income therefrom disbursed as follows:-
(a)One of said shares to be so invested and the net
income therefrom paid annually to the First Bap-
tist Church of Waynesburg,Greene County,Penn-
sylvania,to-be used by said Trustees for the r~
pair,upkeep and maintenance of said Church;
provided,however,that should the said First
Baptist Church erect a new church building or
auditorium,my said Trustee may,at its discre-
tion,at the request of the Trustees of said
Church,terminate this portion of said Trust
and turn over the net proceeds thereof to the
Trustees of said Church to be applied to the
erection of such building or auditorium.,same
to be designated as the George Clarence Huf1man
Memorial,and sUitably marked.
(b)Two of said shares to be so invested and the net
income th~refrom paid annually to the Greene
County Memorial Hospital,located in Fran1Clin
Township,Greene CGunty,Pennsylvania,to be
used by the Trustees 0 f said Ho spital for the
purchase and maintenance of needed laboratory,
X-ray and other proper eqUipment;provided,how-
ever,that in the event the said Hospital should

find it necessary or advisable to add a new wing
or annex to the said ho spital,my said Trustee
may,at its discretion,and at the request of
the Board of Trustees of said Hospital,termi-
..
nate this portion of said Trust·and turn over
the net proceeds thereof to the erection of such
addition,same to be known as the George Clar-
ence Huffman Memorial;and suitably marked.
I further direct that should either of
the beneficiaries hereinabove named (under Paragraph Fifth)and
subdivisions thereof,go out of existence and cease to exist,save
througn proper legal merger or BUccession,the portion,share or
shares of my estate so designated to be set apart and devised for
the benefit of such beneficiary,shall revert to and become a part
of and added to that portion or shares of said Trust Fund herein-
above set apart for the use and benefit of the Greene County Mem-
orial Ho spital and sUbj ect to the same conditions and directions
as there set forth.
SIXTH:-I hereby designate and appoint
The First National Bank and Trust Company,of Waynesburg,Pennsyl-
vania,Executor and my wife,Belle M.Huffman,Executrix,or the
successor or survivor of them.,as the case may be,of this my Last
Will.and Testament,with full power and authority in them,the
survivor or successor of them,to do and perform every matter,act
or thing deemed necessary or proper to carry this,my will,into
effect as fully and effectually as I might or could do if living,
with full power and authority,at their direction to lease,C0n-
tract with respect to,subdivide into parcels or estates,and sell
the same at either public or private sale for such price or prices
and upQn such terms and conditions as they shall deem advisable,
part or parcel thereof as the case may be.

order of court,and to make,execute and deliver goodan4 suffi-
cient deed,or deeds,conveying title thereto in fee simple,abSQj

SEVENTH:-I herebydirect·that the
First National Bank and Trust Company of Waynesburg,Pennsylvania,
hereinabove designated as Trustee of my residuary estate,or its
successor,shall have fw.)y power and authority,at its.discretieD,
to receive from _y Executors,in kind,and retain my property,
real,personal,of Whatsoever nature or kind,or wheresoever sit-
uate,of which I may die seized,possessed,or be entitled to as
same exists at the time of my death,with the same discretion,
power and authority with respect to the administration,managemen
and control as to disposition,investment,conversion and rein-
vestment as hereinabove directed,and as hereby vested in my ex~c
utors in the preceding paragraph of my will,setting up said seJ,a
rate trust funds in the order named as and when funds or property
become available therefor,and to disburse the net income there-
from as hereinabove provided,or where authorized,to terminate
certain of said Trusts,and make application Gf so much of the
principal of said separate funds as shall be deemed necessary to
carry this,my Will,into effect.
EIGHTH:-I direct that all state and
Federal transfer or inheritance taxes shall be paid out of my re-
siduary estate,and no part.thereof be deducted from or paid by
any devisee or beneficiary named,by way of reimbursement,appor-
tionment,proration,or otherwi se,howsoever.'

probate of wills in and for said county,personally appeared Edna
O'Hara,one of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instru-
ment of writing,purporting to be the last Will and testament of
George Clarence Huffman,late of Waynesburg Borough,in the county
of Greene,deceased,who being duly sworn according to law,depose
and say that they were personally present and saw and heard the
said testator sign,seal,publish and declare the foregoing instru-
ment of writing as and for his last Will and Testament,and that
she signed her name as witness to the said instrument of writing
in the presence of the said testator and at his request,and in
the presence of each other,and at the time of signing the same
he,the said testator was of sound and disposing mind,memory and
understanding,to the best of their knowledge and belief,and that
as she shall answer to God at the last Great Day.

the Register for the probate of wills in and for Greene County,
Pennsylvania,Edna O'Hara of Waynesburg,Fa.,and Thelma Phillips,
of Waynesburg,Pa.,to me known,who,being by me duly sworn
according to law,depose and say that they are both familiar with
the handwriting of George Clarence Huffman and with the signature
of the said George Clarence Huffman having frequently seen him
write letters and papers of various kinds;and that they have also
frequently seem him write his name as well as such other matters.
That they have carefully examined the paper writing of the said
George Clarence Huffman purporting to be his last will and testa-
ment,bearing date of October 15,1954,as well as the signature
of the said George Clarence Huffman thereto,and that they believe
the said signature thereto is the proper handwriting of the said
George Clarence HUffman,and that his signature thereto is genuine.

George Clarence Huffman a/k/a Clarence Huffman
departed this life on the 25th day of August,A.D.1959,at 4:10
o'clock A.M.,at the age of seventy-three years.

National Bank and Trust Company,Executor,and Belle M.Huffman,
Executrix,do swear by Almighty God,the searcher of all hearts,
that as Executor and Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of i
George Clarence Huffman a/k/a Clarence Huffman,late of Waynesbu~g,
Borough,Greene County,Pa.,deceased,we will well and truly
administer the estate of said deceased,according to law,and
also that we will diligently and faithfully regard and well and
truly comply with the provisions of the law relative to Transfer
I and Federal inheritances,and that as we shall answer to God at
the last Great Day.
