KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,MARTHA
DANKANICH,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do
hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking any and all former Wills by me at any
time heretofore made.
And as to all of my estate,whether the same be real,
personal or mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever
situate,of which I die seized and possessed,I give,devise and
bequeath as follows:
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of
the expenses of my last illness and funeral as soon as conveniently
possible after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath my real estate
situate at 525 First Street in the Borough of Charleroi,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,to my son,DUANE JACK DANKANICH,upon the
express term and condition that if he should ever sell the property
in his lifetime,he must divide the proceeds thereof equally with
his brother,CHRISTOPHER J.DANKANICH.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situate,I
give,devise and bequeath unto my two beloved children,namely,
DUANE JACK DANKANICH and CHRISTOPHER J.DANKANICH,in equal one-
half (1/2)shares,to have and to hold the same unto them,their
heirs and assigns forever.
FOURTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint DUANE
JACK DANKANICH,Executor of this my Last Will and Testament and I
further direct that he shall not be required to enter security in
any jurisdiction in which he may act.
