UST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,SARAH J.COX,ot the Borough ot Canonsburg,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,being of sound.mini,memory,and.unier-
standing,do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making void all former wi11s,oodioils,or
testaments by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I dire~t all my just d.ebts and funeral expenses
to be fUlly paid and satisfied as soon as oonveniently m~be
after my deoease.
SECOND:I give,devise,and bequeath to my two sons,
FRANK KENNETH COX and DAVID WILLIAM COX,the real property situat
at 400 west Pike Street,Seoond Ward,Canonsburg,Washington
Pennsylvania,on whioh there is looated two dwelling houses,shar
and share alike.
THIRD:I give,devise,and bequeath to my ohildren,
FRANK KENNETH COX,DAVID WILLIAM COX,and LOUISE COX STREATOR,
the real property situated.at 346 West Pike street,Seoond Ward,
Canonsburg,washington County,Pennsylvania,on whioh there is
looated my resiclenoe and two other dwelling houses in the rear of
said real property,share and share alike.
FOURTH:All the rest and residue of my personal estate,
whatsoever and wheresoever,of what nature,kind,and quality so-
ever the same m~be,and not hereinbefore given and disposel of,
I give,devise,and bequeath unto my three ohildren,FRANK KENNE
COX,DAVID WILLI~f COX,and LOUISE COX STREATOR,share and share
alike.
