County,Pennsylvania,do make and publish the following as and for my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any
time heretofore made:
FIRST:I direct that my funeral expenses and the expenses
of my last illness be paid as soon as possible after my decease.
SECOND:11 the rest and residue of my estate,of what-
soever the same may consist,I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,ROSE
F.H THAW Y,to be hers absolutely.
AND LAST Y.,I do hereby appoint my wife,ROSE F.HATHAWAY,
xecutrix of this my Last Will an.Testament.
