Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and
understanding,do make and publish this my Last Will and Testamen1
hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any
time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of my
just debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal or mixed,wheresoever,Situate,I give,
devise and bequeath to my son,Leo D.DiVincenzo.
