WILL OF MINNIE E.CONNORS.

I,Minnie E.Connors,of the City of Washington,Wash-
ington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any
other will or wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient after
my decease,and I further direct him to payout of the residue
of my estate all transfer inheritance,estate and succession
taxes payable by reason of my death.
2.I give and bequeath to my adopted daughter,Shirley
Joan Aiken,my chest of sterling silver,my Haviland china,my
crystal glassware and my stock in West Penn Electric Company.
3.I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue
and remainder of my estate of whatsoever kind and wheresoever
situate to my children,John M.Connors,Hazel Connors Sprinkel,
Charles F.Connors and Gertrude Connors Sigman,and my adopted
daughter,Shirley Joan Aiken,share and share alike.
4.I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,Charles
F.Connors,to be Executor of this my
