do hereby declare this to be my last will and testament,hereby
revoking all fo rmer -#ills by IT.e heretofore made.
FIRST:It is my will that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be fully paid and th~t my executor hereinafter named provide and
erect,at t~e expense of my estate,a suitable monument to
perpetuate illy memory in the minds of my family and friends.
SECOND:It is my vall that a note in the amount of $1414.00 held
by my son,8alvin Dillie and Marie W.Dillie,his wife,be a
charge against any real estate of which I die seized until paid
in full.
THIRD:I authorize my executor,hereinafter named,to sell at
public or Frivate sale,or to le~se for any period of time,any
real property of which I die seized,for such prices and upon
such terms or conditions as he deems proper.
FOURT~:All the rest,residu~and remainder of my estate,real,
personal ar-d mixed,of whatever kind and wheresoever situate,I
give,devise and bequeath to my following named children and
