County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory
and understanding,do pUblish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking any will or wills hereto-
fore made by me.
I direct my executor hereinafter named to sell all
real estate ovmed by me,at either public or private sale,at
such price or prices and to such person or persons deemed by
my executor to be for the best interests of my estate.After
the sale of my real estate and the payment of my just debts,
I give,devise and bequeath all the remainder of my estate to
my sisters and brothers,share and share alike,namely:
Mrs.Julia McMillen;Mrs.Mary Vance,now living at Williams-
burg,Pa.;Mrs.Harriet Morrison;Mrs.Ida Morrison;Walter
Briceland and Wade H.Briceland,all residents of Canonsburg,
Pa.,except Mrs.Mary Vance.
