I,NELL HOOKER,of Peters Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and under-
standing,do hereby make,publish and declare this as and for my Las
Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all other wills,
codicils,or testamentary writings by me at~y time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses be paid and discharged as soon as conveniently may be done af-
ter my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my es-
tate,real,personal and mixed of whatsoever kind and nature and whe e-
soever situate of which I may die seized or to which I may become en
titled,including the tract of ground which I own situate in Peters
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,together with the improve-
ments thereon erected,I give,devise and bequeath two-thirds (2/3)
thereof to my son Eugene Lee Miller,of Peters Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,and give devise and bequeath the remaining one-
third (1/3)thereof to my son,John Franklin Miller of Cleveland,Ohi ,
absolutely and forever.
LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my son\
Eugene Lee Miller,Executor of this my Last Will and Testament and I
hereby direct that the said Executor shall serve without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,NELL HOOKER,the Testatrix,have
hereunto set my hand and seal this 18th day of March,1958.
The foregoing instrument which bears the genuine signa-
ture of NELL HOOKER,the Testatrix,was duly signed,sealed,publishe
and declared by the above-named Testatrix as and for her Last Will an
Testament in the presence of us,who at her request and in her pres-
ence,and in the presence of each other,have hereunto subscribed our
names as witnesses thereof.
