I,MILO W.CORRY,of North Bethlehem Township,
Washington County ,Pennsylvania,do make and publish this
my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all wills
by lOO at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct that all my Just debts and
funeral expenses be paid by my Executors,hereinafter named,
as soon as may be c.onvenient.
2.To my granddaughter,Shirley Dale
Kappeler,I give and bequeath the sum of Two Thousand ($2000)
Dollars,and direct that all inheritance taxes thereon shall
be paid out of the residue of my estate,so that she may re-
ceive the said sum without any deductio~.
3.I give and bequeath to my wi fe,Anna L.
Curry,all livestOCk,farm machinery,tools,grain,feed,
household goods,and all movable personal property,of every
kind and description,on my farm situate in North Bethlehem
and Amwell Townships,Washington County ,Pennsylvania.
4.I give and devise to my wife,Anna L.
Curry,and my daughter,Nellie Curry Kappeler,now of Mt.Lebanon,
Allegheny County,Pennsylvania,my farm situate in North Bethle-
hem and Amwell Townships,Washington County,Pennsylvania,share
and share alike;provided,however,that as my wife,Anna L.
Curry,has worked hard and helped to manage,so we could enjoy
our home,I direct that during her lifetime my wife,Anna L.
Curry;shall have complete I18nagement and control of my said
farm,and shall receive,for her own use,all rents,royalties,
and other proceeds arising from or out of my said tarm,and I
give and grant to my said wife,Anna L.Curry,the exclusive
right to lease the said farm and the buildings erected thereon,
and the right to execute and deliver leases for oil and gas
purposes,and to receive for her awn use the entire proceeds

5.All the rest,residue,and remainder
of my estate,I give,devise,and bequeath to my wife,Anna L.
Curry,and my daughter,Nellie Curry Kappeler,share and share
alike.
I constitute and appoint my wite,Anna L.Curry,
and my daughter,Nellie Curry Kappeler,Executors ot this my
last Will and Testament.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand
