LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
BE IT REMEMBERED that I,Joseph Busaile,Sr.,
of New Eagle,Pennsylvania,beinG of sound mind,memory and
understanding,do hereby make,pUblish and declare this as and
for my last will and testament,hereby revoking and making null
and void any and all wills and testaments,or writings in the
nature thereof,by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that my Executor,hereinafter named,pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may
be after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real,personal or mixed,and wheresoever situated,
I give,devise and bequeath,in equal shares,to my four
sons,to wit:Joseph Bueaile,Jr.,Charles Bugaile,George
Bugaile,and Frank Bugaile.
THIRD:I hereby nominate and appoint as Executor of this
my last will and testament my son,Joseph Bu~aile,Jr.
IN WITNESS ~fJHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand
