WILL
I,J.E.HOLMES,of the Borough of Houston,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make
and publish this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any am all wills
by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM 1.I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay all of my
just debts ann funeral.expenses as soon after my decease as convenient.
ITEM 2.I give,devise and bequeath to my son,J.Raymond Holmes,
my property situate at No.238 East Pike Street,HOllston,Pennsylvania,on the
condition,however,that he shall pay to my Executor hereinafter named,the sum
of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00)and the said Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.)
is to be added to my residuary estate and distributed under paragraph 3 hereof.
ITEM 3.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,
LASTLY,I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,J.Raymom.Holmes
jpersOnal and mixed,I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,Hazel Milliken,
~daughter,Irma Mohler,and my son,J.Raymond Holmes,to each the one-third
