hereby revoking any and all tormer Wills and Codicils by me at
any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I d1rect the payment of my just debts and
tuneral expenses as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of rtr1'
estate,real,personal and mixed,ot whatsoever kind and Whereso-
ever situate at the time ot my decease,I give,dev1se and bequea

to sell any real or personal property,belonging to my estate,at
public or private sale,tor such prices and upOn such terms as

or deed,or other instrument as may be required,and to receive
and reoe1pt for the considerat1on therefor,vith~ut liabil1ty on
the part ot'any purchaser or purchasers to see to the applicat10n
thereot.
