I IrwIn Campbell,promise to pay my wife Anna F.Campbell
$600.00 given to me this day of Aug.2,1927 to be first pay-
ment on the house.This money belongs to my wife she had these
savings before my marriage to her.It is only a loan.If at
a~ytime this house should b~sold,whether I am living or dead,
the $600.00 is to be paid first to my wife (Ann)with interest
before anytning else is settled.Regardless of how many child~
ran there may be or whoever in the 6ampbell family may be con-
cerned.Then what is left can be divided among other's con-
cerned.No matter how many children ther are in the family
they do not come first.My wife will either be paid the $600.00
with interest or she will be entitled to the property.Regard-
less of how many children there may (as yet we do not know)
they will not give their mother any trouble where the property
is concerned,nor any of my brothers and their kin.
This is my agreement and will left to my wife (Ann)personally
