LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

PERCY BOOTH
I,Percy Booth,of Carroll Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and under-
standing,do hereby make,pUblish and declare the following to be
my Last 'ill and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any
land all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
First:I direct that my Execut~t+,hereinafter named,pay
all my just debts and fun~ral expenses as soon as may be convenien -
ly done after my decease.
Second:I will,devise and bequeath unto my step-mother,
Selma Booth,now residing in Carroll Township,Washington County,
IPennsYlvania,all of my estate and property,real,personal and
mixed,in whatsoever form the same may be and wheresoever located;
unto her,the said Selma Booth,absolutely,and to her,her heirs,
and assigns forever.
Third:I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
step-mother,Selma Booth,the Executrix of tnis,~y Last Will
and Testaw.ent
