I,RUBY A.DAY,of Morris Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do make,publish and de-
clare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all Wills
by me heretofore made:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon as convenient after my death.
SECOND:All the rest and residue of my estate,real,personal or
mixed,and wherever situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my husband,
John M.Day,provided he is living thirty (30)days after my death.In
the event my husband,John M.Day,is not living thirty (30)days after
my death,or predeceases me,then I give,devise and bequeath all my re-
siduary estate to my children,namely,Kathryn D.Jett,John M.Day,Jr.,
Hugh A.Day,Cleo D.McClay,Ruth D.Graham,and Jiles W.Day,share and
share alike.
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my husband,
John M.Day,Executor of this my Last Will and Testament,if he is
living at the time of my decease.In theevent my husband,John M.Day,
predeceases me,or is not living at the time of my decease,I hereby
nominate,constitute and appoint two of my children,John M.Day,Jr.,
and Kathryn D.Jett,or the survivor of them,Executors of this my Last
Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHERECF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this ~~
