Washington County"Pennsylvania,being of sound mind"memory an
understanding"do hereby make and pUblish this my last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking any will or wills by me at any

time heretofore made.I
ITEM 1.I direct my Executrix hereinaflter named"to
pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my
decease as may be convenient for her to do,and I direct that
my body be buried in our lot in the Cemetery at West Finley"
Pa.,and that a monument be erected at my grave in keeping
with my estate.
ITEM 2.I will"devise and bequeath all the rest"
residue and remainder of my estate,both real,personal and
mixed,of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,unto my
wife,Ocie O.Hancher;should she pre-decease me,then I will,
devise and bequeath that the same be equally divided among my
three children,Thelma E.Sutherland,of Claysville,Pa.,
Grace Pauline'Calvert,of NOrth Franklin To\vuship,Washington
County,Fa.,and Ifurry C.Hancher,of R.D.#1,Washington"
Fa.,and my nephew,John Hancher Jr.,of East Finley Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,in equal shares,their heirs
and assigns forever.
LASTLY"I nominate,constitute and appoint my
wife,OClE O.HANCHER,to be Executrix of this my last Will
and Testament.
