MAry CATHERINE DANLEY
I,MARY C.~THERINE Db.NLEY,of Cecil,(Cecil Township,Was:tingto
County,Pennsylvania,declare the following to be my Last Will
and Testament,hereby re70king all former wills and testame~ts
by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM 1:I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be convenient
after my dece&se.
ITEM 2:I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate~whethe
real,personal or mixed,wheresoever situate and of whatsoever
character,to my husban6,William G.Danley,absolutely.
ITEM 3:Should my said husband,William G.Danley,predeceas
me,or should my said husband and I perish in a common disaster,
regardless of the exact time of our respective deaths,the~I give
devise and bequeath all of estate,whether real,personal or mixed
of whatsoever character and wheresoever situate,to my four
children,in equal shares,that is,William T.Danley,son,
one-fourth;Clifford L.Danley,son,one-fourth;Colleen Mosley,
daughter,one-fourth and Laura Fasano,daughter,one-fourth.
Should any of my above named children predecease me,then I give,
devise and bequeath,the share of such child or children to their
respective issue in equal shares.
ITEM 4:I authorize and empower my executor,for the payment
of debts or for any pu~pose of administration or distribution at
any time within three years from the date of my death,to sell all
or any of my real estate,at pUblic or private sale,for such
prices and upon such term~as to cash and credit as he may deem
best,and to execute deeds of conveyance thereof,without li~-
bility on the part of the purchaser to see to the application
of the purchase moneys.This power shall not be construed to
work a conversion of my real estate,unless and until the power
is actually exercised,nor shall this power be construed to EX-
tend the lien of debts.
ITEM 5:I norrinate,constitute and appoint my husband,
William G.Danley,executoD of this my Last Will and Testament,
to serve without bond in any jurisdiction in which he may be
required to act.Should my husband predecease me or perish in
a common disaster,then I nominate,constitute and appoint my
son,William T.Danley,as executor of this my Last Will and
Testament,to serve without bond in any jurisdiction in which
he may be required to act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I ~ave hereunto set my hand and seal this
i d day of August,1957.

Danley,the above named testatrix,as and for her Last Will and
Testament,in the presence of us,who,at her request,in her
