LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,PARISA BIAGINI,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington
County,State of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,
do make and publish this my last 1,ill and Testament,hereby r evoking and
making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid by my Executrix,as soon as may be possible after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
remaining after the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses as aforesaid,
whether real,personal or mixed,of which I shall die seized and possessed,
or to whieh I shall be entitled at my decease,I give,devise and bequeath
to my two sons,NELLO BIAGINI and HUGO BIAGINI,for their own proper use
and benefit forever,share and share alike.
THIRD I I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my very good
friend,VIRGINIA BARR,to be Executrix of this my last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,PARISA BIAGINI,the Testatrix above
named,have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this f-j-,(day of
