LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,HUrnAH C.DAGUE of .Amw'ell Township,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,being of soum mind,memory and urrlerstanding,do hereby make and
publish this IIW Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all Wills by me at
any time heretofore made.
ITEM 1:I direct that my Executrix hereinafter named shall pay
all of my juet debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient after my
decease.
I'IEM 2:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,of
whatever kind and whereve::-situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto my sister,
Maudress L.McKahan,IN TRUST,NEVERTHELESS,to have and to hold the same,
to invest and reinvest the same,to collect the income therefrom and to pay
over so much of the income or principal as in the sole judgment of my said
trustee shall be necessar~r for the proper maintenance,support,eduo~ation and
welfare of my granddaughter,Carolyn Dague;and when my said granddaughter
shall attain the age of twenty-one years or complete her formal education,
whichever event occurs later,to pay over to said granddaughter one-half of
the corpus of said trust;the remaining portion of said trust to continue
in the posses::ion of said trustee for the same purposes and with the same
powers until rr..y said granddaughter shall attain the age of thirty years,at
which time said trust shall tenninate and the remaining proceeds thereof be
paid over to said "Carolyn Jague.
Should my said granddaughter,Carolyn Dague,die before the
termination of said trust leaving children surviving,then I direct that said
trust be continued for such child or children until said ohildren re:lch the
age of twenty-)ne years.
Sho'lid my said granddaughter,Carolyn,die during the ter:nination
of said trust without lea-0....ng children surviving,any remaining portion ,?f
said trust estate shall be transferred am delivered to those persons who
would have been entitled thereto had I died at that time intestate,an:!
domiciled in the Connnomvealth of Pennsylvania.

Should Maudress L.McKahan be un:tble for a~reason to act as
Trustee,then I name,constitute and appoint my niece,Anna Mae Noble as
Trustee and I direct that my said Trustee shall not be required to furnish
bond in any jurisdiction in which she may act.
LASTtY:I nominate,constitute and appoint !ltV sister,Maudress L.
McKahan,as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.In the event my
sister predeceases me,or for any reason be unable to serve,then I nominate,
constitute and appoint my niece,Anna Mae Noble,as Executrix of this my
Last Will am Testament and direct that my said Executrix shall not be
required to furnish bond in any jurisdiction in which she may act.
