monwealth of Pennsylvania,do make known unto all men
that on the day of the date hereof,at Mercer,Pennsylvania,
before me,was proved,approved andinsinuated the lastwill

deceased (a true copy whereot is to these presents annexed),having,whilst he/she lived and at the
time of his/her death,divers goods,chattels,rights and credits within the said Commonwealth,by
reason whereof the approbation and insinuation of the last will and testament,and the committing
of the administration of all and singular the goods,chattels,rights and credits which were of the
said deceased,and also the auditing the accounts,calculations and reckonings of the said adminis-
tration,and the final dismissal from the same,to me are manifestly known to belong;and that ad-
ministration of all and singular the goods,chattels,rights and credits of the said deceased any way
concerning his/her last will and testament was committed to _

I Cyprien Carre &f Farrell,Pa.Mercer Co.state of Pennsylvania,being of
sound mind and memory,do make,publish and declare this to be my last will an
testament.
First -All my just debts and funeral expenses shall be first duly paid.
Second - I give devise and bequeath and all rest residue and remainder of my
estate both real and personal,to my beloved wife Frances Carre (to have and
to hold to her,my said wife)and to her heirs and assigns forever.
Third - I nominate and appoint my said ,.,ife Frances Carre to be the executor
of this my last will and testament,hereby revoking all former wills by me
made.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 20th.day of
November 1923.
