I,MARY HILLBERRY,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all TVills by me heretofore made:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon as convenient after my death.
SECOND:I give,and bequeath the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00)
dollars to the Church of God,located at the corner of Addison and
Hays Avenue,Washington,Pennsylvania,of which Church J.L.Nuzum
is now minister.
THIRD:All the rest and residue of my estate real,personal,
or mixed and wherever situate,I give,devise,and bequeath to my
five (5)children,EVA PATTERSON,IVA SABO,DELBERT LEEPER,JOHN
LEEPER,and FLOSSIE BRADFORD,share and share alike.
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my son,
JOHN LEEPER,Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WIT}mSS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
