that on the day of the date hereof,at Mercer,Pennsylvania,
before me,was proved,approved andinsinuated the lastwill

deceased (a true copy whereoi is to these presents annexed),having,whilst he/she lived and at the
time of his/her death,divers goods,chattels,rights and credits within the said Commonwealth,by
reason whereof the approbation and insinuation of the last will and testament,and the committing
of the administration of all and singular the goods,chattels,rights and credits which were of the
said deceased,and also the auditing the accounts,calculations and reckonings of the said adminis-
tration,and the final dismissal from the same,to me are manifestly known to belong;and that ad.

Last Will and Testament
I,Laurent Carre of FarreJ.l,Mercer Co.,Penn.being of sound m!bnd and memory,
do make,publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament,to wit:
First:-All my just debts and funeral expenses shall be first paid.
Second - I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and remainder
of my state,both real and personal to my son Cyprien C .Carre to have and
to hold to him my said son,and to his heirs and assigns forever.
Third - I nominate and appoint my said s'on Cyprien C.Carre to be the
executor of this my last will and Testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this lOth day of Oc-
tober A.D.1923.
