LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,CORA ETTA HANN,of Luzerne Township,Fayette County,
Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all wills heretofore
made by me.
1.I direct my executrix,hereinafter appointed,to
pay all my just debts,including my funeral bill.
2.After the payment of my just debts and funeral bill,
I give,devise and bequeath the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal and mixed,wheresoever situate and whereso-
ever found,as follows:
An undivided one-half (1/2)thereof to my daughter,
VIRGINIA H.CLARK,her heirs and assigns forever;an undivided
one-half (1/2)thereof to my son,THOMAS D.HANN,JR.,his heirs
and assigns forever.
3.I appoint my daughter,VIRGINIA H.CLARK,as
Executrix of this will,and I authorize and empower her to sell
any real estate,or any interest in any real estate,of which I
am seized at the time of my death,either at public or private
sale,at such price or prices,as seems to her to be reasonable
and to give a deed or deeds for the same without asking leave of
~ourt.
