I,CHARLES B.CULLER,of the Borough of Charleroi,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,
do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking any will
or wills heretofore made by me.
First:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently
may be,after my decease.
Second:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever nature and
wheresoever situate at the time of ~y death,I give,devise and
bequeath in the manner following:
A.A 1/3 share to my daughter,LOIS HOTT,or if she
should predecease me,I give,devise and bequeath the sam
unto her two children,Roy C.Hott and Lois G.Sims,
their heirs and assigns forever.
B.A 2/3 interest or share to my two sons,Charles E.
Culler and Samuel K.Culler,in equal shares,or the
survivor of them.
Third:I do hereby authorize,empower and direct my
Executor,hereinafter named,to sell at public or private sale,to
exchange or to lease for any period of time,any real or personal
property,and to give options for sales,exchanges,or leases for
the same,the disposal of which he deems to be necessary,without
any liability of the purchasers for the application,non-applicatio
or misapplication of the purchase moneys,and when the whole of my
estate shall be in such form as to enable it to be divided into
equal shares as directed in the paragraph immediately above,I will
and direct that such hereinbefore provided distribution shall be ma
