I,NORMAN R.HAINER,of R.D.#.1)Amity,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament,and revoke all
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM 1.I direct the payment out of my estate of my illness,funeral
and head stone.
ITEM 2.In the event that Mary T.Hainer,my wife,survives me,
I give,devise and bequeath all the rest)residue and remainder of my estate)
real and personal,to her,the said Mary T.Hainer)her heirs and assigns
forever.
ITEM 3.In the event that Mary T.Hainer fails to survive me,all
the rest)residue and remainder of my estate,real and personal)I give)
devise and bequeath as follows:
a.To Norma A.Hainer,daughter,I give)devise and be-
queath the sum of Four Thousand ($4)000.00)Dollars,free and discharged
of all transfer inheritance taxes and any succession taxes of any kind.

b.The remainder of the residue of my estate,I give"
devise and bequeath in equal shares to our seven (7)children,their heirs
and assigns,to-wit:J.Roy Hainer,Pittsfield,Pennsylvania;L.Blaine
Hainer,Washington,Pennsylvania;Esther A.Doty,Amity,Pennsylvania;
Norma A.Hainer,Amity,Pennsylvania;William Hershel Hainer,Brush Run,
Washington,Pennsylvania;Nellie G.Clayton,Wolfdale,Pennsylvania and
Raymond D.Hainer,Muse,Pennsylvania.
ITEM 4.I nominate,constitute and appoint L.Blaine Hainer,Execu-
tor of this my Will,and I direct that he shall not be required to enter security
in any jurisdiction in which he may act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have set my hand and seal to this my Last
Will and Testament,which consists of two (2)pages,to each of which I have
affixed my signature,this 22 day of January,1957.
Signed,sealed,published and declared by Norman R.Hainer,the above
named testator,as and for his Last Will and Testament,in the presence of us,
who at his request,in his presence,and in the presence of each other,all being
present at the same time,have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
