LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
JOHN H.HALL,SR.
I,JOHN H.HALL,SR.,of the city of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking any and all Wills and Codicils,by me heretofore made.
First.r direct my executrix hereinafter named to pay all my
just debts and funeral expenses.
Second.I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and,
remainder of my estate,real,personal and mixed,which includes,among
other things,bonds,checking and saving accounts,and all my real estate
situated in Lackawanna County,Pa.,to my wife,Lillian E.Hall,if she
survives me.
Third.If my wife,Lillian E.Hall,does not survive me,then
I give,devise,and bequeath all the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate to my ~on,John H.Hall,Jr.
Forth.I nominate,constitute and appoint Lillian E.Hall,
executrix of this my last Will and Testament,if she survives me,if she
does not survive me,then John H.Hall,Jr.is to be the executor of this
my Last Will and Testament.
