I,MINNIE M.HENRY of the City of Washington,Wash-
ington County,Pennsylvania,do make and publish this my last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all wills by me at•
any time heretofore made.
1.I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid by my Executor hereinafter named,as soon as may be
convenient after my death.
2.All the rest,residue and remainder of my es-
tate,real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my
daughter,Helen H.Lyon
3.I hereby authorize and empower my executor to
sell any real estate of which I may be seized at the time of
my death,and to execute good and sufficient deed or deeds
therefor.
I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint Norman W.
Lyon executor of this my last Will and Testament.
