I,MARY DUMBOVICH,of Smith Township,Washington County,Pennsylvani~,being of sound mind and disposing memory,do hereby I
make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
in manner a~d form following,hereby revoking any Will or Wills
heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may
be after my decease and that my funeral be conducted in a manner
corresponding with my estate and station in life.
S3COND:I give and bequeath to my daughter,Anna Thiel,
the sum of One and no/100 ($1.00)Dollar in cash.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,both real and personal,and wherever situate,unto my
three children,Joseph Dumbovich,Helen Lonzo and Patricia
DiRubbo,share and share alike,their heirs and assigns forever.
FOURTH:I nom~nate,constitute and appoint my son,
Joseph Dumbovich,Executor of this my Last Will and Testament;
and direct that he be not required to give bond or security in
the performance of his duties.
FIFTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint my attorney
and counsellor,Edward V.Sciamanna,Esq.,as attorney for my
estate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,MARY DUMBOVICH,the Testatrix
above mentioned,h~hereunto subsc~ibed my name and affixed my
seal on the ~day of February,in the year of Our Lord
