I,ARTHUR BANE DOWLER,a resident of Centerville Borough,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,
hereby revoke all wills and codicils,as well as all instruments
of a testamentary nature heretofore made by me,and do hereby
make,pUblish and declare this to be my Last will and Testament
in manner and form following:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral and
testamentary expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may
be after my death.
SECOND:I hereby give,devise and bequeath all of my
property,real,personal and mixed,of whatever nature and
wheresoever situate,which I may own or have the right to dispose
of at the time of my death,unto my children namely,EDWARD N.
DOWLER,ALICE KVEDER and RUTH ANN SNYDER,in equal proportions,
share and share alike.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint EDWARD N.
DOWLER,Executor of this my Last will and Testament.
