I,Emily p.Crow_ot German Township,Fayette County,
Pennsylvania,do make,pUblish and declare this to be my last
will and testament.
FIRST • I direct that allot my just debts be paid out ot
my estate,and it my executors atter consultation with the guardian
or 111:1'children,deem it tor the best interests ot my estate to
aortgage or otherwise enCUJllber a portion or my real estate in order
to payoff any balance I may owe on my house now being erecte~n
Stockton St.,Uniontown,Pa.,or to pay any balance due on coal
land purchased in Waahington County,or other indebtedness,I hereby
give them full power and authorit,.to make and execute said mortgage
or mortgages,or other evidence ot indebtedness,tor such amount and
such length or time as they may deem best.
SECOND -Subject to the above clause I Will,devise and
bequeath my estate as follows:To Iff1 husband_Prank R.Crow,I
giye,devise and bequeath one third or Jq personal property
absolutel,.and the income trom one third ot "6rf real estate during
hi.natural lite;The remainder ot my estate_real,personal or
mixed,I will,devise and bequeath to my two children,vis.
Martha Louise Crow and Frank R.Crow,Jr.,equally share and share
alike.In case ot the death ot either ot said children during her
or his minority and without leaving lawful issue his or her share
i.to go to the survivor,or in case ot thede$th ot both ot them
without l1ying issue,then m,.said husband is to have the income
trom the entire estate during his litetime and at his death the
same i8 to descend to my brother_W.W.Parshall,or his legal heirs.
THIRD -In case my husband desires to retain my house on
Stockton St.as a residence for himself and Children he may do so
until the youngest child becomes twenty one years of age without
accounting to my estate for any rent or income from the same,but
he is to pay the taxes and insurance on the same.
FOURTH -When my youngest child reaches his majority,
I direct that all real estate not already sold be either sold and
the proceeds divided according to the second clause in this will,
or the said real estate may be divided without being sold and 11"

it at a valuation to be placed upon the same by three disinterested
appraisers to be appointed by the Orphans'Court 01"this county and
IfrI son ahall have the right to take the Hardin Farm if unsold,in a

FI!TH - I hereby appoint J.V.Thompson testamentary
gu.rd1an of my said children and authorize him.to invest their
e.tate in either personal or real estate as he deem.best,also I
give him the authority to use so much of the income or principal
as may be necessary for their proper support and education.
SIXTH - I hereby appoint '1.f11'husband_Frank R.Crow and
my brother_W.W.Parshall_executors 01"this my last will and
t ••tament,and hereby give them full power and authority to rent or
manage my far.m or other real estate for the benefit ot my estate,
and to sell any or allot my real estate at such times and on suoh
terms as they deem best,with full power and authority to execute
and deliver all agreements and deeds necessary to transfer the same,
but all deeds shall be signed by the guardian above mentioned to
signify his consent to said deeds.
